Verses Every Woman Needs to Know

Being a woman in today's world can be challenging. You are under a lot of pressure to act, dress, look, and be a certain way. Here are a few verses that help remind me of who I am and what is most important.

1. "She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future. When she speaks, her words are wise, and she gives instructions with kindness." Proverbs 31:25-26 This verse reminds me to worry less about the future, be strong, be cautious of what comes out of my mouth, and to control my tendency to be slightly bossy. 

2."Never let loyalty and kindness leave you! Tie them around your neck as a reminder. Write them deep within your heart."Proverbs 3:3 Loyalty and kindness are two of the most important qualities in a woman, although, sometimes it is easy to let these things escape us. You know, when someone cuts you off on the interstate or steals your parking spot or simply looks at you wrong if you are having a bad day. This is a great verse to always have close by.

3."I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful." Psalm 139:14 One thing that really bothers me is how critical woman can be of themselves and each other. We need to remember that God made us the way that he wanted us to be. Our bodies are beautiful even with the things we may see as imperfections.
